MY STORY...

I was born and grew up in Budapest, Hungary, I came to live in Jamaica (in the Caribbean) in October 1985. After a career in hydro-geology working with the Jamaican government up to July 1992, I started training with American massage therapists here on the island. In January 1994, I was initiated to become a Reiki Master/Teacher, in Melbourne, FL.

For many years, I studied in several disciplines throughout the Upledger Institute, including Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Zero Balancing (structural and energetically aligning of the bone structure of the body) and also Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
I also acquired a vast knowledge of the human anatomy through years of practice with the Mechanical Link Course.

The knowledge received, from these studies allowed me to create my specialty, what I call, Integrated Body-work.  In which, I combine these above mentioned different body-work modalities with deep tissue, pain releasing therapeutic massage and energy work (Reiki) where 2 - 2 1/2 hours body-work is done to help to release and ease aches and pains from the body and to create well-being for the individual, as a whole.

The idea of combining the different body-work modalities with the body massage and energy work, Reiki, came to me from the knowledge that a Human Being is made up from four aspects, namely the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. Hence, when dealing with a person, an individual, the therapist needs to deal with the totality of the Being, not just one aspect of that individual.

Only doing massage or energy work, or just taking care of one or even some of the aspects of a person, leads to a lack of the individual’s well-being. Such lack then creates an out of balance situation for the person, which then still needs to be corrected! Hence, it leads to the need to go to other different therapies.

While during an Integrated Body-work session, all four aspects of the individual will be taken into consideration and the session will be built up accordingly. The different body-work modalities will be combined for that session, according to their needs when the session is administered.

Therefore, an Integrated Body-work session will not deal only with the body or the mind or energy needs, but by taking care of and supplying different treatments for all of their needs. Hence the whole continuum of the client's body/mind/spirit will be dealt with. An Integrated Body-work, in one overall session, provides well-being and improvement potentialities for the whole Being.

During 2010 – 2012, I studied under AtlasPROfilax practitioner and Chiropractor, Dr. Robert Koliner to be able to offer my own unique technique, the Atlas Cranio Alignment Technique (ACAT), to treat the out of alignment of the Atlas vertebrae, in Jamaica.

Over time, I have been able to develop a breakthrough manual technique which allows me to align the Atlas without using a machine. I am using only my hands and utilizing the energy within the body, to be treated. The Atlas is the first vertebrae underneath the skull and is in an out of alignment position in most people. The out of aligned Atlas is the cause of one leg being shorter than the other. This creates skeletal imbalances and hence pains.

My technique utilizes the Cranio-sacral treatment’s postulate, which is stating, that when only a very small force is applied to an out of aligned bone, it will move back into its God’s given, right position, almost like on its own. I have been working in the field of Cranio-sacral treatments for the last 20 years.

In 2012-13, I advanced my energetic training by studying in the fields of Munay-Ki, VortexHealing, and Angelic Reiki.

In 2016 July and November, I started to open my mind towards the Inca shamanism. A shaman is a healer, "medicine man", seeker of truth, peacemaker and keeper of wisdom, serving their communities all around the Globe. Shamanism is one of the oldest spiritual traditions.

In ancient times and to this day, shamanic traditions have held an oracle or map to know your place, where you come from, where you are standing and what is coming to you. The maps of navigating life have always been available on earth and now are more accessible and available to those who seek the wisdom teachings and practical navigation tools for life. This power and intelligence which were dormant to many are returning to our human race as more people are awakening to the magnitude of which they truly are as spiritual beings.

In January 2017 to February 2018, I completed and got certified in the “Shamanic Priestess Training” course, held by Malieokalani Urrutia, founder of Way of the Rising Sun. Malieokalani is a medicine woman that heals with the elements, guardians of the earth, the sacred mountains and her guides. Some of her ceremonies and shamanic teachings come from the nation Q'ero, the last Inca tribe from Peru, guardians of the prophecies and teachings of wisdom.

The “Shaman Priestess Training” course’s material is based on the information from and the teachings of the Q’ero Nation, the last tribe of Peru. The training incorporated 4 modules that included self-healing practices as well as healing tools to offer in a healing practice.

One may ask? Who is a Shaman Priestess?

The Shaman Priestess is dedicated to serving the soul in all life.
She knows how to attune to and work sacredly with all energies, particularly those of Nature and the elements... The trees, the animals the mountains the rivers speak to her; she has developed her sensitivity to read the oracle of her own life in relationship to the natural oracle of energies surrounding her.

Such tools are the Foreign Energy release technique and the Soul Retrieval process. The Soul Retrieval practice is offered in my practice.

A Soul Retrieval session may be carried out in conjunction with an original Integrated Body-work session or as an individual separate session.
